This is a versatile tank dress. Looks like cotton but has a stretch. Not shiny. The fabric isn't see through, it's actually thick, soft and fuzzy inside like it's fleece lined. So if you're looking for something really thin for summer U might want to keep looking. However if u want something you can wear through the seasons and pair with boots sneakers or heels this is it.
